Let’s take a breath

The world is a busy place. So much information, so much constant motion. It can be easy to forget to breathe. Sometimes what we need most is to simply stop and take a breath. Literally and figuratively. That is where peace, clarity, and focus often begin.

While breathing is often an automatic function of our bodies, deep breathing has proven health benefits. So I encourage you to take a deep breath. Right. Now.

I have also created a short, simple email series if you would like to be guided through some daily reminders to stop. To pause. To take in your surroundings. To listen to your body. To listen to God.

Enter your email below to receive a series of 5 emails. Each email is set to send the day after you open the previous one, so they will arrive in your inbox as you are ready for them. Each email has a slightly different focus and contains food for thought to consider as you take a moment out of your day to reflect. You will also be automatically subscribed to my email list, which means you will be notified when I post new content on the blog. You can opt out of this subscription at any time, and I will not use your email for anything else.

May God meet you exactly where you are today. May you find the space you need to be, to reflect, and to engage the activities of your day with purpose.
